Support for Youth, Student-Athletes, and Young Adults
Based in Maple Ridge, BC, offering Walk & Talk counselling locally and virtual counselling for youth, student-athletes, and young adults across Canada where permitted.
At All-In miND Counselling, I work with youth, student-athletes, and young adults who are navigating the challenges that come with growing up, competing, and finding balance. Many young people experience pressure from school, sport, social expectations, and their own high standards.
Counselling provides a space to slow down, talk openly, and build the skills needed to manage stress, strengthen confidence, and develop a healthy sense of identity both in and beyond sport.
Through a collaborative and supportive approach, we focus on building resilience, self-trust, and the mental strength needed to thrive in sport, school, and everyday life.

A Safe and Confidential Space
Feeling overwhelmed, stuck, or under pressure?
It’s common for youth, student-athlete's, and young people to feel pressure from school, sport, friendships, and expectations.
Many young people experience moments where things start to feel overwhelming; whether it's the pressure to perform in sport, stress at school, or simply trying to figure out who they are and where they fit.
Counselling offers a space where teens can slow down, talk openly, and make sense of what they're experiencing. Through supportive conversation and practical tools, they can begin building confidence, resilience, and a stronger sense of self.
The Person Behind All-In miND
Counsellor, Coach, and Advocate.
I’m Kandis Sampson, founder of All-In miND Counselling. I support youth, student-athletes, and young people as they navigate the pressures of school, sport, and growing up.
With over a decade of experience working in schools and coaching youth basketball, I’ve seen firsthand the challenges many young people face balancing expectations from school, sport, and their own high standards.
My goal is to create a supportive space where young people can slow down, talk openly, and build confidence, resilience, and self-trust.
